I'm from Finland.. so Long Drink. We call it lonkero, which literally translates to tentacle. It's a mixture of grape soda and gin, although nowadays almost every type of soda is used.
The official name is in English, and so is the label, because it was created and marketed for foreigners who came to watch the 1952 Olympics, held in Finland. Because of it's English name, a lot of Finns probably don't even realize that it's a Finnish drink.
Not especially good, although excellent for hangovers.
