Beyond Good and Evil 2

I hate to link IGN, but the news was too momentous. Beyond Good and Evil 2 is in development. Perhaps there is hope after all.

Yes, old news that faded into obscurity. Nothing has been said about it until now.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was announced at E3 last year.

The fading into obscurity part can mean only one thing : we are not going to play BGE2 any time soon.

From the so called official trailer/teaser thing I can only deduce one thing : at the time the trailer was produced they had nothing from game-play worth showing and that is bad news of the highest importance.

It's gone from "It might be in development" to "It's in development, but we don't know if we're going to finish it." As such, I can't say I'm too excited. Besides, if it does get released, it probably won't be for a while.
