Beyond Good and Evil HD: PSN?

Does anyone know when the hell Beyond Good and Evil HD is getting released on PSN? I heard something about some timed exclusivity bullshit, but until when?

The Ubisoft Xbox 360 press release says it would be out for the PS3 "later in the year." As helpful as that statement is, I've seen 30th of March on some websites, don't know how accurate that is though.
