Are there any good ways to practice flying? I did a Google search and found a couple of practice only servers, but those were for PC. So far, the only thing I've found for XBox is the helicopter co-op mission.
I did that and thankfully had a patient partner as I learned how to drive the chopper, but there doesn't seem to be anything similar for jets. It's impossible to practice (much less get any defensive measures to help) when people shoot you out of the air the moment you get airborne.
