Big Lipped Alligator Moments!

This goes out to the fans of animation everywhere.

Sometimes in animated films, there's a sequence so out of place, so over the top and generally so surreal that it really has no further impact on the film and does nothing to the story.
I'm asking you "Whats your favourite Big Lipped Alligator Moment?"

Mine's in All Dogs go to Heaven where Charlie meets non other than, The Big Lipped Alligator hence the title of the thread.

First of all, and this is just my opinion, but I don't think a 20 minute old thread needs bumping.

Second, I'll have to go with the random boat/tunnel scene from Willy Wonka (yes, I'm aware this isn't animated). It was extremely random, was never referenced again, and had nothing to do with anything else.

Well, they actualy did contribute something to the plot. They were Shinji working through his issues and attempting to maintain his sanity. It was a completely unsatisfying and bullshitty ending, but it had a point.

Yes, yes... a classic bizarre, random moment. Great movie, though.

Drawn Together. Just about every scene has nothing to do with the previous one. Their motto: "Continuity is for bedpans".

That or Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law. That has some awesome cut scenes. And perhaps some of the early Family Guy episodes.

It's been ages since I've seen that movie (on account of having trouble finding it again), but I always thought the point of the air conditioner was to contrast his nihilism and frustration with Toaster's optimism and faith.

probably the cars singing in the junk yard seen from the brave little toaster that seen always stuck out in my head as kind of random and really unnecessary but that's just my opinion
