Biggest Fail ever!

The other day while playing UNO I was forced to pick up 22 cards!
Has anyone had a bigger fail than this?

Getting pulled over in town because I forgot how to turn on my headlights (I was new to the car, and actually didn't know my lights were even off because the streets were fairly bright). Yeah I would have to say that is one big fail on my part.

Well, I was a little more than half asleep when I wrote my mother's birthday card, which unfortunatley invovled some horrendous math & several people laughing at just how bad it was.
