Biggest laugh a video game has gotten from you?

Be it intentional or not, what are some of the biggest laughs a game has ever made you have?

For me there's this part near the beginning of Saints Row IV where me and my crew are infiltrating this terrorist base. So I enter this room where about ten terrorists are milling around. After I kill them all I look over and see this one terrorist, who is still alive, wearing headphones and just rocking out to whatever music he's listening to. Not even noticing that I had just gunned down his colleagues. Oh my lord, I had to pause the game for like five minutes, I was laughing so hard.

Oh boh, I really can't remember!

I think it was either KOTOR from one of HK-47 dialogues or Curse of Monkey Island with that dual scene with the "guitar".

The first thing that came to mind is MDK2. I can't recall a specific moment, but that game was funny. Now I want to play it again.

Probably the culture festival and the events afterwards in Persona 4. It's about 2 hours of light hearted laughs that really help make the game fun. The bit in the bath house afterwards is pretty good too.
CK2 multiplayer is also a huge bag of laughs. When players try to screw each other over things can get really funny. Way of life made it even worse (and by that I mean better) by adding the ability to sleep with another players wife. It took several ingame years for my friend to notice that I'd been diddling her behind his back.

Probably Mass Effect 2. Joker has lots of funny lines.

But the ones that made me laugh the harder was when he went to the AI Core room and EDI told him to give her full control of the ship to save them from the Collectors' assault:

"Great. See, this is how it all starts. When we're all just organic batteries, guess who they'll blame?
'This is all Joker's fault. What a tool he was. I have to spend all day computing pi because he plugged in the Overlord.'"

Still, I don't remember if a game has ever made me pause it to keep laughing.

EDIT: Oh, wait. Mass Effect 3. When Padok Wiks' wonders how Krogans mate. That came out of nowhere.

The MMORPGFPS quest in the Tiny Tina DLC for Borderlands 2 had me laughing at one point so hard I had to pause the game. It was the funniest thing I've seen in a Borderlands game so far.

Not sure I'd call it the single funniest moment, but this bit got a decent laugh out of me. Always loved a good self-deprecating joke, you know?

And the Stick of Truth got a lot of laughs out of me, if my roommates are to be believed. And honestly it was the most juvenile joke; when you fart on a party member, and you hear a ghostly disembodied Cartman laugh. I can just see he hates Kyle so much, that the Universe tells him whenever Kyle is farted on and lets Cartman's laughter be heard.

That's an old one, but...

Goldeneye in N64, 4-player versus, with Proximity Mines as the weapons set. Really, those games were hilarious, not only because me and my friends tried to outsmart each other in the mines placement, but because we ocasionally outsmarted ourselves and ended up dying by our own mines.

It was really fun, and my biggest laughs were playing that way.

Most of my biggest laughs have come from private-server games of GTAV: Online with my friends...so I don't know if you could say the game got the laugh out of me or if it's just what we were doing in the game that got the laugh out of me.

The one that had me in tears was a game I was playing with two of my friends. My favorite car in GTAV is the Cheetah. I've got one fully decked out with the suspension as low to the road as possible. What this does is turn the Cheetah into a mobile jump-ramp. Give it a try: have a friend park a Cheetah in the middle of the road, get a good long way away from it to build up to top speed and it it head-on...you'll go flying!

So me and one of my friends were trying to actually hand his car on top of a particular building. My other friend had been running around with a baseball bat, bashing up our cars. So I'm parked in the middle of the road, waiting for Friend A to come flying down the road to ramp off of me. I look at the mini-map and notice Friend B approaching me. I turn my camera and sure enough he's running straight for my car with a baseball bat. He gets right up next to my car and raises the bat above his head for his first swing and...VROOM! Friend A missed to the side of my car, running over Friend B.

What made this so hilarious is that it was like a magic trick. Friend A was going so fast that I only saw his car flash by me for a single instant. So to me, it was just "One moment Friend B is right next to my car, bat above his head about to smash up the side of my car, the next moment he just wasn't there anymore."

I was playing the train platform tunnel section in Uncharted 2.

I (Nathan Drake) climbed on top of the train and shouted: "ITS OVER ANAKIN, I HAVE THE HIGHER GROUND!" while shooting down at the enemies.

Then I collided with some rail attached to the tunnel ceiling and I died.

My roommate enjoyed it more than I did.

Nah man, the funniest battles were 4-player, 1-hit kill, unarmed only in the Surface Daytime map.
That shit was intense!

There was a glitch in that game where placing a proximity mine on an ammunition crate, then quickly picking up that crate, would cause the crate to respawn later with an invisible proximity mine on it. I was the asshole who would run around booby trapping all the ammo, then forgetting which crates exactly were trapped. Good times.

Anywho...

The games that have probably gotten the most laughter out of me recently are the Mass Effect series and Tales from the Borderlands. I'm actually fairly surprised by just how much I've been loving Tales from the Borderlands, honestly. I liked Borderlands and Borderlands 2, but most of the jokes in them were pretty eyeroll/groan-worthy. I'm genuinely finding a lot of the jokes in Telltale's game pretty funny.

Hard to remember laughter much. Portal made me chortle. GTA V gets me with it's on the nose satire (yes i'm secretly miserable and hateful). But only the first time. No joke is funny the second time unless you are one of those types that can somehow laugh at each of their own farts.

Ooh lately, near the beginning of Abe's Odyssee re-fluffing, I pulled the first switch I came across...only to see my work colleague in front of me fall through a trap door to his doom. The employee counter in the background then blinked the first of what would soon be many casualties. Hehe! You got me good that time, game. Oh I am a little evil inside, apparently.

Pretty much anything by Tim Schafer is guaranteed to have at least made me giggle at some point, but the one that immediately stands out is the Milkman Conspiracy level from Psychonauts.

Absurdist humour really appeals to me, same reason I so love Sam & Max which is another comedy duo guaranteed to make me laugh like an idiot.

Town of Salem has made me laugh, either as a defense mechanism because I'm about to tear my computer out of its wall socket and then out of a window, or because the Town is so batshit insane it's hilarious. Like hanging me after I've been RBing the Mafioso nonstop for 8 nights and then losing or the Jailor accidentally executing a revealed Mayor.

That game is slowly driving me insane but I can't stop.

Another mention goes to GTA: Online. I have lost count of the cars I've driven off cliffs or into the ocean.

I believe it was Guild Wars 2. My ex-girlfriend wanted me to play it, and I wasn't really much for MMO's. As I'm nonchalantly cruising around the starting zone, an NPC runs up to me an exclaims "That guy up on the hill just punched me in the face!". I was rolling on her bed, crying I was laughing so damn hard. She was not pleased, [small]and I couldn't stop laughing.[/small]

I'm gonna probably say something TF2 related. It's been like way too long since the Source Engine debuted, but I still have giggle fits when rag dolls flop about in the air. Something like a well placed scattergun shot to a leg or something is like the pinnacle of slapstick for me.

Unintentional: Sniping a sniper from half-way across the map with a rocket launcher in Modern Warfare 3... Them ragdolls...
Intentional: Raymen Legends in general... Most of my laughter sounded more child-like than usual...
Not sure: Sonic 06... Just Sonic 06...

While not entirely delivered from the game, there's one particular memory from junior high that I will always laugh to. I'm watching from afar, and my next door neighbor and my sister are playing some co-op story mode on Timesplitters 2. And they're playing on the first level, which is the Russian dam installation with the zombie outbreak. Anyways, my neighbor could not stop sabotaging my sister in her gameplay. They could never finish the first level, because he would always backstab her, but in the funniest and stupidest of ways. The most notorious of which was trapping her inside the elevator with zombies, trapping her outside the elevator with zombies, or perhaps planting timed mines in front of her. I can't stop laughing even when I'm typing about it right now.

From Psychonauts...that game could get pretty hilarious at times, but I think <url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKBvxr7loDk>this took the cake for me. EDIT: Link fixed.

From Assassin's Creed 2...I almost fell out of my chair at <url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJcPc6OQ384>this, just because it was so completely unexpected.
