the video basically explains it better than i can,and from what else i've heard about the bill,i'm sure as shit going to protest the bill in its current form.

I think that it should be more than just U.S citizens that should be allowed to oppose i because most of the thing i watch on youtube are commentaries about anything with games in that background and these commentators live in the U.S but it will still affect me as i live in the UK.
Either change it or stop the bill entirely
