Yeah.... I wish people who don't know what they are talking about would stop saying things in places where people who don't know better take them seriously...

He's not blaming anyone. The problem with the modern generations is that they believe special effects should be the framework behind the films. Look at the Star Wars prequels, Avatar, and so many other movies that are coming out. Kids these days want FMV's and CGI to take place lookwise over every other aspect of storytelling. There's a bit of truth mixed in with what he's saying despite how he says it.
