I played through the demo and I'm definitely interested. It's a trivial detail, but the thing that got me interested was the fact that in the Mission 1 of the demo, you get to choose your team members. There are two guys and two girls. I was curious as to what would happen if I choose the two girls just because they were girls.
One of the females immediately called me out on it. xD That just made me laugh. The whole idea building up a relationship with your team members out on the field (as opposed to through just cut-scenes such as in Mass Effect) is something that's definitely interesting.
The gameplay and graphics aren't really anything to write home about to be quite honest, but I feel like it does just enough things differently to warrant a purchase. Plus the characters seem to be interesting enough for me to want to get to know them.
Especially the asian female sniper if you know what I mean. ;D *smacks self* Okay that was just being perverted. Honestly it was the weird man/robot...thing... with a french accent that made me think that the characters could very well be worth getting to know.
If it's half-off for you and I was in your situation, I would buy it. I'm certainly not so interested to pay up $60 for it, but at around $30-$25 dollars seems like a reasonable price for this game.
Oh, and I didn't play any multiplayer. Was that in the demo?
I also got that feel. They share quite a few similarities. Such as the whole third person shooter, with the bad guys being robots and all. The moment it dawned on me to make this connection was when my french companion shouted out "The enemies are almost vanquished!" That's quite a suspicious word choice in my opinion.Hazy992 said:

This isn't entirely related to Binary Domain, but I noticed that game prices on Amazon can potentially change in a sort illogical fashion. Unless of course they just hold sales, but never announce it so I'm unaware something is on sale. I never really understand why things get price cuts on Amazon, I just notice when they do.Personally my opinions often differ from IGN so I won't be trusting those guys and gals. xD I still look forward to playing this game once the price drops down for me.
When it comes down to it, this game just looks and feels fun. :3
