Binding Of Isaac easy props

Hey escapists need a little help with a situation.
In a few months I'm going to my first anime/videogame convention so I thought that I would try the whole cosplay thing.
As I have been obsessively playing the Binding of Isaac I figured I would go as him. Now the nudie suit(genitals not included) is easy but very boring so I thought I would add some props for the upgrades that change your appearance as you go(http://bindingofisaac.wikia.com/wiki/Items). Now some are easy I already have an oversized belt, an empty pill bottle and some tik taks for Mom's Bottle of Pills, sadly due to my foot size a pair of ladies red high heels will be hard to find on the cheap and easy. I can use an eye-patch for cain, a blonde wig for magdaline 3 day event three characters seems fair.

some red facepaint can be used for anything involving blood(quite a few of those)

So My query escapists Is if anyone out there has any good suggestions or ideas about possible upgrade prop ideas That I could make with minimal experience.

Wire coat hanger is an easy one

lip stick is piss easy

You can buy a halo from any costume/joke shop

I wouldn't suggest "blacking up" for 1 of the 20 odd horned demon looks

The flying ones are obviously out.

Chemical peel is another easy one, more or less the same as blood bag.

Buy a bottle of ipecac for another easy one.

There the only ones I can pluck from my memory at the moment.

Anything from a costume/joke shop would have to be bought when I hit the city for the event none of those kind of stores where I live.
I was thinking maybe halo of flies using wires and black painted ping pong balls with wings glued on. I could possibly paint some barbed wire brown for blood of the martyr though I was hoping to avoid anything "too" sacrilegious so I could use a bloody lust red bandanna instead and then loop the wire for the flies around it.

I heartily agree about any of the full body coloring outfits as they will take far too long to prepare in a hotel room in the morning. Anything I can bring with me in a backpack so I can "upgrade" throughout the day is brilliant.
