Bionic Commando (2009)

So I have been hearing mixed reviews and statements about the new Bionic Commando, so out of weekend boredom and curiosity I decided to rent the game. I beat it in a day, and overall, I was utterly surprised at the good qualities in the game.

Disregarding what Yahtzee said, I gave the game a chance, and I was happy with the result.

Anybody else played this game? If so, what did you think about it?

I found the story to be bland and cliched, The environments were extremely contained (The irony of it being an Open World Game) and the Combat was.. Meh.

I played the multi-player demo and decided on not spending any money on it at all.
