'The system requirements of Bioshock 2 have been published on Steam. Besides the minimal and recommended hardware specs you can also find information about the copy protection. It is for example required to be log in to a Games for Windows account to save the game, receive achievements and similar things. Besides that an internet connection is required when you install the game for the first time. Above all that, Securom will be applied to your system during the installation of Bioshock 2.

Damn, I was gonna get this on PC over PS3, but I guess now PS3 it is. Damn GFWL and SecuRom.

Still good to know, I was going to get it for the console anyway.

Sony SECUROM and Microsoft GFWL, both happen to be there and making the console versions look 1000 times more appealing. It's a conspiracy I tell you!

You know that the PC version is going to be better though so it is probably worth getting that one if you have the hardware. The GFWL and Securom does remove value so maybe wait until it is on sale or second hand.

hehe, I wasn't planning to get this (and I'm still not, on the PC at least, I'll check it out on the 360), but again, my system is perfectly adequate except my video card... I think my video card is an ati radeon x800 with 120mb... everything else I have meets the recommended specs for this.

my video card is like my achilles heel, lol

I am afraid the news room has beat you to this. On topic, although my computer can run this,I don't want the game a great deal, I hate Games for Windows.
