Bioshock hacked already?

I was playing some of Bioshocks' Multiplayer on my 360 yesterday when I came upon a small match with the team I was put on severely loosing. After walking around for a minute I spotted an enemy and tried to kill 'em. I unloaded 4 shotgun rounds into their face and they didn't die. At first I though it was major lag, but that thought was quickly dispersed when I saw him slowly float into the air and over my head. Needless to say, I shat bricks was surprised.

Instead of rage quitting or cussing the guy out, I decided to play it cool as for one, I'm better than that, and secondly I'm used to seeing things like this from when I would play TF2 on the 360. I got the guy to befriend me and I got to see his hack first hand in a private match.He has full access to God mode and NoClip at the push of a button.

I plan on trying to figure out how he's gotten this hack in the near future. The only boundary I will have to cross is the fact that English isn't this guy's first language and so he speaks horribly ( He's a genuinely nice guy and tried to explain the hack to me, I just couldn't understand him too well.) I'll come back with updates when I've learned something new.

So 'scapists, what are your thoughts?

Well, he's a little kid from what I could tell of his voice. I think he doesn't really know what he's doing wrong.

Hehe... If I can attain it, I'm going to hold onto it for a while before using it as I don't want to risk a ban on my 360, but if I ever do use it I plan on using it Private Matches with my friends, or just to view the scenery outside of Rapture's Multiplayer.

He's from Canada, some French speaking country there. I'm afraid I don't have a transcript available but he mentioned something about downloading something to his hard drive and he was able to turn God Mode and Noclip on and off at the push of a button.

I can't be a sneaky spy? I don't plan on using the hack, if I ever attain it, in actual multiplayer but just with friends. I'm more of a fan of exploits over hacks in games like these, but I also find Bioshock's Multiplayer genuinely fun and don't wish to ruin it. Simply finding out the secrets of how this is done doesn't mean I'm helping it spread. If I spread it myself however, that's a different story.

But rather then, you know reporting him, you're letting him continue it and ruin games for other people.

Good point and duly noted. The only issue though is that this guy is just a kid. That means he's very likely not the root of this issue, but got a heads up from a friend or someone who knows someone (etc.) who made the hack. There's always the possibility that I can 'play a sneaky spy' and find out who created this.

I don't normally end up reporting people so I don't know what more to do other than file the lame 'file complaint' option against him.

just tell me how there is a "French speaking country within Canada"? lol, Canada is bilingual... and the only "French" speaking province is Quebec, and as much as it wants, it wont be separating from Canada any time soon.

But I only hack in online game to kill the other hackers...which makes for some lengthy duels until the other decides to leave.

Well he spoke English, just really horribly. I could just barely understand him. He said he was from Canada and he spoke French as a first language.

Eh? I'm saying he's likely not the person who created the hack, as proven by him asking me what some line meant about the hack. He may not be totally clueless about it but he didn't create it.
