She's also missing an outrageous pair of breasts, which means she's actually a better Elizabeth than the one in the game.
I do not know how she did this, but she did an incredible job of making herself look like just like Elizabeth. If I had not read that it was a cosplay, I would have thought that it was something the game developers made on a computer to promote the game.
I also checked out some of her other photos using that link, and while I am unfamiliar with some of those games, I definitely appreciate how much her one cosplay looks like Ellie Langford from Dead Space 2. I guess the clothes might have been easier to find than the older style clothes for Bioshock, but it is not just the costume that sells it. She somehow even sets the atmosphere where she takes the shot. She is really selling the idea that she is straight out of a videogame, and I know that a lot of people would be fooled into thinking that the photos were not real if they were never told it was a photo of a real girl.

Well, she is missing something. Two things actually. Two things that the actual character is keeping precariously contained in that corset. But, considering how small the actual character's waist is, those may just be her lungs being squeezed up.

(Like many others) I usually don't care for cosplay, but this is brilliant work.
I glazed over it at first, didn't read it, and thought it was a screenshot or something. Absolutely gorgeous job.
