"Do not approach siphon while specimen is awake"

Well that's infuriatingly intriguing.

Also I love the way the vigors look on your hands. I always thought it was neat the way they did it in the first one, but should have been a little more off-putting to look at. They definitely have that now.

I'm glad to hear first impressions were positive.
Though I've aimed to lower expectations after the amazing demo videos, I'm really looking forward to this one.

Almost feels like they should make lasting physical damage a feature at this point. New fire technique looks beautifully excruciating.

I'm still not convinced that making the player character an automatic bad guy to begin with is the right way to go. I'm sure not going to empathise with the evil bastard.

I get the feeling he's more of a Han Solo kind of guy - willing to break the rules and get his hands dirty, but ultimately has a heart of gold. Assuming there isn't an option to murder children in this game, anyway.

So was Dashiell Hammett. They ain't all bad. That's like saying a murderous space smuggler has no heart; I've yet to see a fictional setting that doesn't portray them as heroic badasses.

This looks... Godly! I'm so looking forward to it and am a bit saddened by their choice to continually delay the game but it looks like they really want to make it the best for gamers and that they want to take their time, unlike many franchises, and actually make the game good.
Till then, I will wait and anticipate.

Wait.

Why would you build a floating city and NOT have some kind of safety railing in place? And mandatory fucking parachutes.
Yeah, Life Guard Paracutes that you can throw after the people who fell down...
Here... CATCH!

LMFAO!!!
I more meant people should just have to wear one at all times. I'd throw them a bungee rope.

Bungeeing would be awesome in that world.
That would be awesome, unless...

1) Bungee cord breaks

2) On the way down, you're met by a passing thunder cloud

3) Successful bungee down, only to come back up and impale yourself on the underside of the floating city

I don't let myself get excited for upcoming games. Dishonored? Looks cool, but I can wait. Far Cry 3? Nice, I liked Far Cry 2, so I'll pick it up... eventually. Heck, I still don't have Skyrim, and I love all the Bethesda games I've played. But reading this stuff on Infinite? Ugh, give me game naow!

Edit: Want game now! Building a new PC mostly so I can play it on an up-to-date format >_O
I´m getting my first gaming PC for this game alone. No idea what should be going in there though. Any suggestions?

Computer parts would be a great start!

I'm looking forward to this, just a shame it keeps getting delayed, but so long as it improves the game I'm all for it.

Now you´re telling me. I already bought 5 kilos of cotton to fill it with. I was told that I can run Crysis on ultra that way.
Seriously though, from what I hear I should be fine with a mid budget rig so thank you anyway.

I'm fairly new to PC gaming, so it is about the best advice I could offer :) Good to hear your rig should handle it.

So Elizabeth has become like the dog from the Fable games?

That's.... kinda disturbing.

And she seems to have found clothing that doesn't quite accentuate her curves. Yay!!

I am totally for number 3 to become a standart bungee jumping feature!

Yeah I think there'd need to be some testing going before you made it open to the public, so as to avoid unecessary squishy murdering.

What's your budget? If it's around £750~ (including UK VAT at 20%, so this'll be cheaper there) I'm going for:

3GB EVGA GTX 660ti
i5 3570K w/cooler so I can overclock it in future, don't remember the cooler buyt they're cheap and it's scribbled down somewhere
Gigabyte Z77 motherboard, once again it's written down somewhere
16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz
120 SSD, once again no idea the specific model but it's written somewhere, it's a system drive above all else
2TB Seagate Barracuda for storage
Fractal R3 case, tis sexy if a bit pricey
Corsair 600W builder series PSU
some Creative soundcard, got it saved somewhere but cba to look it up now
and ofc windows 7 64.

That should be knocking on the high end of mid-budget and do very nicely on most things on a single monitor at 1080p.
If you wanna save money and AMD chipset might be the best way to go, more bang for buck at low end but I'd highly recommend splashing on intel's sandy bridge or ivy bridge CPU's and a decent mobo appropriate to them.

Edit: I'd also recommend reading a lot of reviews and doing a lot of research into what does what and how well it does it. Not to mention in some instances you're better off paying a bit more cash. Intel CPU's cost more, but they're usually vastly superior to anything AMD's current lot can muster. As for GPU's if you go to the cheaper end then AMD Radeon is probably better than Nvidia, tend to be cheaper at low-mid, but once you top £200 the 600 GeForce series cards are generally worth the investment, if you've got the cash a GTX 670 combined with an i7 3770K @4.4GHz would go a long way.
