So I like the first 2 games, even though the second one was a little annoying(with its inability to allow me to backtrack) and was wondering what everyone was thinking about the third game or the series in general. Judging by the trailer it looks fun and is in a new flying place. People talk now so hopefully that wont ruin the game.

Sky-O-Shock!

I think it's going to be great. A new location is exactly what the series needs, as Rapture didn't have quite the same mystery about it second time around.

I just hope they make a decent shooter this time with better mechanics.

I also hope we won't be protecting any NPCs.

The 9 minute trailer I think was wonderfully well made. The background story is also very cool and I gotta admit, I am tired of Rapture. Kudos for starting in a new place though. I'm sure this game will rock everyone's world.

I'm... honestly looking forward to it.
I don't really like Bioshock that much but the new setting has me interested, to say the least and I'm interested to see what they'll do with it.

I've bought a ring and intend to propose to Bioshock: Infinite as soon as it gets here. And then I'll live happily ever after on the Deathstar of Democracy.

Well jinxed there, Miracle. Now we'll be defending a ton of them whilst fighting off enemies, juggling unicycles and holding a tea party for the Little Sisters at the same time.

I also agree with Miracle, Rapture in Bioshock 2 didn't have the same air of mystery that the first Bioshock had, although I did enjoy Bio 2 over Bio 1 despite this. But til I know more, I'm going to be "on the fence" over this one.

I don't think that Rapture has told all its tales(holding breath for prequel), but Columbia looks beautiful. Was a little worried about the whole "Drink me for powers!" juices, but after the gameplay video, I'll admit-I'm excited!

It looks promising, potentially brilliant. I never got around to playing Bioshock 2 though, unfortunately.

I'm looking forward to it a lot. There was a different team who worked on BioShock 2, but now Infinite is being worked on my Ken Levine and the team who did the first. Leaving me extremely hopeful.

but Mrs Boobs, I mean, Elizabeth is worth going through all that trouble

on a side note, I kinda wish they could change the name, something little and very silly, but honestly, Bioshock Infinite sounds like some sort of cheat code, you know, to have infinite biological shocks, Bioshock Infinity sounds better

also, I really do hope that one of the theories made up turns out to be false, that one saying that it may be a whole matrix thing, with the stuff changing misteriously, like in the gameplay trailer (you know, the guy's badge or the painting in the bar), really, everything turning out to be computer generated while the main character is in some sort of comma would just suck, big time, especially considering the awesome world they created for Columbia

Perry's back!

I hope you're wrong. I really do. Protecting the little sisters pissed me off!

Becoming one was cool though

I'm really excited for it. As much as I'll miss the city of Rapture, I'm warming up to the idea of Columbia. And besides, I have a bigger fear of heights than of drowning.

I kinda saw it as sarcasm. As in "This is our response to numbering sequels".

Ya know, I'd totally forgotten about Mrs Boobs Elizabeth being in the game til this quote. Huh.

Well, technically he never left. He was the guy in the bottom right hand corner of the previous avy.

I actually enjoyed doing those little protection missions. Maybe because I liked setting up trap rivets in a smiley face and maybe because it meant more Splicers for me to batter with the drill, but I thought they were fun.

Yeah, that was pretty awesome, that part.
