Even though I think Ryan is irreplaceable as a character, I hope BioShock 2 has a character who is just as much of a crazy objectivist. And I say crazy, because you can't be perfectly sane if you let someone kill you just to prove a point!
Well, you are in for a disappointment...or maybe not, if your flexible. The antagonist in Bioshock 2 is going to be this cult-ish, fanatical altruist with a religion based around self sacrifice for the common good. She was able to come to power once her enemy, Ryan, was taken care of, allowing her to establish a splicer cult. So its still going to be examining Objectivist ideas, just from the polar opposite angle.

"Is a man not entitled to the sweat off his brow? NO says the man in Washington, it belongs to the poor. NO says the man in the Vatican, it belongs to God. NO says the man in Moscow, it belongs to everybody. I chose to reject those answers. I chose the impossible. I chose...Rapture."-Andrew Ryan

I really liked it when...

you get the revolver and that splicer chick is singing to it in a fucking baby carriage like it's a baby!! The first time I played through I was like, "Oh you have got to be kidding me, one of these motherfuckers has a baby?!?!?"

Real fucking mind bender the first time you play through it.

EDIT: Oh and...

I liked it when Dr. Suchong, in the audio diary about telekinesis, says, "Cannot catch speeding bullet...but Suchong doesn't think it's problem with plasmid, Suchong thinks it's problem with reaction time...hmmmmm.......Suchong just come up with idea for new plasmid."

That was pretty funny.

Dr.Steinman going nuts about how everything is ugly and needing to be beautiful and Ryan being a bit of a philosopher and then Atlas aka Fontaine saying "Would you kindly murder that son of a *****"

Is that a little sister talking to a big daddy?
Its the first big daddy and little sister you see, just after you get the electric power :)

First for me. That scene was crazy awesome. Loved it.

To digress just a little bit, did anyone get kinda annoyed at how rubbish the weapons were? I'm not talking aesthetically, I'm talking about power. They did pretty terrible damage. Once I tried out my frozen wrench with some melee plasmids I never went back. Same goes for the electro bolt plasmid, it's pretty much all I used, save for the occasional telekinesis and incinerate.

Just felt like the other weapons paled in comparison. That's not to say I didn't whip out exploding bucks and RPGs for Fontaine and any Big Daddy's, but I didn't have a deathwish.

The wild bunny, by sander Cohen.

Best game villain ever.

I also love the random things the splicers say while they are walking around.

You call that tenderloin?! Serve that in any decent New York restaurant and they'd laugh you out of town!

"I am Andrew Ryan and I am here to ask you a question:

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?

No, says the man in Washington; it belongs to the poor.
No, says the man in the Vatican; it belongs to God.
No, says the man in Moscow; it belongs to everyone.

I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something
different. I chose the impossible. I chose...
Rapture."

Just brilliant and executed perfectly.

Other than the obvious opening and Ryan's final speech, the Little Sisters' "MR. BUBBLES!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" was a big one. It was hilarious and sad at the same time.

Then there's the story told of where Suchong's final audio diary is found. You know, the one where he's drilled by a Big Daddy for smacking the Sister? Yeah, you remember where it was found? Next to some doctor guy nailed to the table by a Bouncer drill through his stomach.

Oh, how karma came back and kicked him in the ass. I laughed for ages after hearing him go "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO-zzZZRRzZrZrrRrzz"... XD

You know, some of my favorite parts is when people gave appropriate over-the-top responses. Like Cohens "You don't like it do you? Well FUCK YOU AND ALL YOU DOUBTERS! WARGLBARGLFARGL!"

By "the antagonist in BioShock 2," you mean the Big Sister, right? I really don't know much about her except that she was a Little Sister who came back to Rapture, donned a female version of the Big Daddy suit, and basically took over. I like the fact that she will be hunting you throughout the course of the game. This could possibly make the second game scarier than the first, even though you play as a Big Daddy. If it's the Big Sister you're talking about, then I'm not disappointed. I was hoping she would have more depth to her than just being some ominous force who hunts you for upsetting the balance. It will be interesting to see how Rapture being ruled by the opposite end of the extremist spectrum will affect the city. Personally, I can't wait to see what crazy plot twist the developers will put in this time. The team knew that people who played the first game would be on the lookout for a plot twist, so they're promising that nothing in the first game could prepare you for what will happen in the second one. You'll never see it coming. Let's hope 2K Marin can live up to their promise!

Glad mine haven't been said yet (well one was but it was wrong):

"You ooze in like an assassin and then you try to sneak out like a thief. You're no CIA spook. Who are you? Why have you come here? There's two ways to deal with a mystery: uncover it or eliminate it." ~ Andrew Ryan

My favourite however:

"Even in a book of lies sometimes you find truth. There is indeed a season for all things and now that I see you flesh-to-flesh and blood-to-blood I know I cannot raise my hand against you. But know this, you are my greatest disappointment. Does your master hear me? Atlas! You can kill me, but you will never have my city. My strength is not in steel and fire, that is what the parasites will never understand. A season for all things! A time to live and a time to die, a time to build... and a time to destroy! "

No, he is referring to 'Sophia Lamb' I won't go into details but if you watch this video then you will possibly get the idea without having anything ruined, she is the lady speaking: [link]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtX-MMbc8h4[/link]

Sit, would you kindly? Stand, would you kindly? Run! Stop! Turn. Was a man sent to kill, or a slave?
