Perhaps you didn't notice the term "Pre-Alpha" emblazoned on the pictures, but this is still a work in progress.

You forgot to mention that she is a strong empowered womyn who don't need no man and the protagonist can have some fade to black sexy time within a few conversations; either that or she is a lesbian and will mention it constantly.

Because Bioware.
I don't remember Juhani or Samantha Traynor being as overt with their sexuality as you suggest. Perhaps your desire to find it offensive made them seem more blatant. Plus, considering the "Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die" vibe in the atmosphere in many of those games, I do not think the interactions you refer to can be compared to normal relationships.

That is true, then why even bother showing it to us, what is the point here?

Also labelling things pre-alpha does not make them immune to criticism, it looks sterile and way too clean (this is also the case with official screenshots available on the game site which I believe are representative of the final product) they can still change that but I doubt they will. If you remember DA2 alpha presentation you will notice the game did not change at all from that stage, they surely debugged the thing and added the rest but graphics-wise they did not improve it, I dare to say DA3 will share the same fate.
