BioWare Unveils Full-Length "Take Earth Back" Trailer

So it's kinda like what Halo 2 was supposed to be about... except it's awesome this time because Microsoft isn't tampering with the story to bleed an extra sequel out of it.

Yeah, we're all better off that EA is only tampering with the story to get a spinoff out of it.

Seems like a mixture of Halo and CoD now, almost unrecognizable from ME1 (which was better than and unrecognizable from ME2). Kinda sad, the direction this game has taken, although it should still be a good conclusion to the story.
Also, did anyone notice how EVERY reaper looks like Sovereign, despite the fact that each reaper was supposed to be made from a species of alien that was harvested? I could understand a few that were from the same race, but it just seems lazy on Bioware's part to not have some different designs. Whew, would be banned for this if this was on the Bioware forums.

It's already been explained elsewhere that Reapers all share the same outward appearance, but their cores are what resemble the races they were constructed from.

So, in ME2, the human Reaper would still look like that, but it would still end up with the shell of a giant squid.

At the end of ME2 all the reapers did have different designs, and in the game itself the reapers look different, this just seems to be a failing on the trailers part.

EDIT: When I say different designs, I meant the shells looked a little different, they still mostly resembled squids.

You don't have to be Kreskin to figure out that the Reapers aren't just popping over to see how we're doing after all that nastiness with the Turians a few years back.

It was alright. Nothing special. Favorite part, oddly enough, was the sniper in Big Ben. Now there's a mission I'd like to play, as a sniper taking out husks, giving people a chance to escape. Being "The Hero" fun and all, but sometimes it's fun to be just some guy, helping others survive.

Um... Bioware wants to do spin-offs. You think they wrote-up an elaborate world like Mass Effect for just one trilogy? We're gonna be seeing Mass Effect games for years to come, and EA doesn't need to tamper much to make that happen.

Jade Empire says otherwise... But that was before EA and it didn't sell well or something.

But yes; they plan for spin-offs. Mass Effect 3 is apparently going to be the end of Shepard's story.
