Nintendo is trying to keep strong. Now with XBox being the lead brand and PS3 right behind them, Nintendo decided to come out with a new system. The Nindendo DSi *echo echo echo*! The DSi is the best out of all of the DSs in my eyes. you can do a lot more. Better internet connections and all that crap. But one thing stands out of the DSi.... The DSi shopping Channel which brings you to DSi ware. Yes if you have a Wii you'll now exactly what it is. But I'll go over what it is. The DSi channel is a channel (big surprise) that you can download games. Theses game cannot be bought at stores. You have download them. Just like downloading songs on to iTunes.
But I found on game that sounds sooooooo stupid and idiotic that I had to try it. It's call "birds and beans." When I saw this title I'm like "What the f***." Yet I still downloaded it. Let me tell you I don't regret downloading this! This game is an awesome time. The only purpose in the game is to collect beans by controlling a bird. You don't know why the bird wants the beans. Nor why the h*** beans are falling out of the sky like it's the other half of D-Day!
there are two versions that come with the downloads "Bird and beans" and "Bird and Beans 2."
Bird and beans 1 you take over the red bird name "Pyoro." Pyoro has a tongue that only the guy from One Piece would have. So what you do is that as beans are dropping like paratroopers you use your super stretchy tongue to catch them. The higher you catch the bean the more points. But be careful you let one bean drop on the squares used as a floors and you have limited you walking space. But there is salvation there's a special white bean. The white bean repairs that missing square but sending in an angel to fix it (I'm not making this up). The game can go forever there's no end (for all I know) So your pulling the Nazi Zombies in bean version. But if you get hit in the head with a bean it's game over.
Bird and Bean 2 is the same thing but a little difference. Now as beans are dropping like paratroopers your finally making it look like D-Day. This time Pyoro got dyed yellow. Now he shoots instead of using his tongue. So now this looks like war. It's the same goal and same rules. So I won't have say everything over.
Now Bird and Beans is fun. I can't turn on my DSi without playing at least three rounds. The stupidity of it all is addicting. Also it's simple and to the point. You can play this game for hours on end. It's a perfect game for those long plane rides. The 200 points (about 4 dollars U.S money) is a reasonable price. Also seeing how you get 1000 free points it's no problem.
So this game is one of the top games in the current section of the DSi channel. It is highly recommended to those who have a DSi and the DSi is remmomended for those who don't have it! I give Bird and beans 9.5 out of 10.
