You can get a powder at your petshop/supermarket and put that on the carpet and bedding etc, then you hoover it up after a few hours!

Capture them! And attach tiny explosive devices to them! You shall rule the world!
WITH SCIENCE, OF COURSE!!!

Sorry, I'm in Mad Scientist mode.
Have you tried getting along with them? Maybe you'll realize that there not so different than you and I. Then, once they trust you, Call an exterminator. And watch them burn..... To dark?
Well then, Just cut out the middle man and call an exterminator.

I would get something like Frontline for the cat. This will kill all the fleas which bite the cat, so the cat becomes a little roving flea death machine. It's a bit pricy, but worth it. The cheaper versions are a little less effective and a little more likely to end up giving you a rash (this is the stuff which, in general, comes as a liquid in a little plastic packet with a tab you break).
Vacuuming kills fleas. As for furniture, this is sort of off label and at your own risk, but the 'lice bedding spray' you can buy at drug stores (I forget the brandname now) which contains permethrin will kill fleas on your bed and such. However, it's not my fault if you're allergic to it or something.

Frontline or Advantage for the pets. For the house, depends, first make sure the pets are treated, otherwise it won't matter because they'll just keep bringing them in. Second, I am not a fan of using flea bombs, just not a fan of being exposed to chemicals, but if the infestation is bad then you might want to check into it. I would suggest treating the pets, then use flea/carpet powder (if you have carpets), wait a while (a week or two), then if the fleas are still a huge bother... using flea bombs as a last resort. My two cents...

Edit: Oh and as mentioned in another post, vacuuming is pretty helpful.

Tag them electronically and suppress their rights until they leave, disenfranchised and muttering.
Then get your cat a flea-collar.

Please tell me if you know any Cheap and easy ways to kill them...
IEDs, using everyday house hold goods you can throw together potent explosives which, if used properly, will destroy all the Fleas.
Even the ones on his body?
As long as he doesn't mind killing himself in the process.
I shall want pics ^^
