Black and White Elite Four.

Alright everyone, after 8 gym victories I have made my way past Victory Road, and all thats left now is to beat the elite four. I was wondering if any of you could provide me some tips on how to beat them. It could be anything, moves, Pokemon, items. For those of you who don't know, the members of the elite four use Psychic, Dark, Ghost, and Fighting types. I just wanted some help before I tried tackling them.

Just use your knowledge of types and you'll be fine. The max level of the Elite 4 Pokemon is only like 52, so you're good.

And by the way, Golark gets Earthquake at around level 50, so use that to your advantage when leveling him.

Get Mega Horn for your samurott in place of slash.

My samurott's move set was composed of Revenge, Razor Shell, Surf, and Mega Horn. I beat the elite four using only him at like level 55.

Out of curiosity does Samurott learn this by level up or did you use a TM?

It's a move re-learner somewhere in mistralton. They will teach it for a heart scale.

I just made it to the third elite four member without any items... not bad!

Golurk and Scrafty alone will take out 3/4 of the elite 4.

Archeops will be able to destroy Marshal, so you'll be fine.

2. Evolve it into Krookodile.

3. Get it Earthquake at lv 54.

Krookodile has a strong career ahead of it in competitive play. It's likely going to be OU, and if not, it'll be one of the best in UU for sure.

Use a Heart Scale to teach Samurott "Megahorn", too.

My golurk just learned earthquake and I beat the elite four just now. However, I do agree with your view on Krookodile, it will do quite well in the OU tier. Now all thats left for me to do is get ready for competitive play. Wish me luck!
