I think its relevant now seeing how we (the US) do have a Black President....though he is arguably less gangster than depicted here.

Dave Chappelle is one of the funny comedians out there who don't rely on shock value or gimmicks (Jeff Dunham, Dane Cook, Carlos Mencia) and saying "DERP" to make someone else sound dumb reflects negatively on yourself.

Besides, it wasn't even that racist, it was just funny, did you even watch the video?
