From the look of things, you must pull out your knife to use it (Yay?) It looks like there is no lunge and as far as I can tell, you can still hold it like a weapon after use. It still looks to be Insta-kill.
Scopeless Sniper Rifles? This MIGHT just be asking for overpowered.

New Riotshield seems OP'd, at least in Gears of war it limited you to what you could do.
Electro Grenades also seem OP'd, getting stunned before sucked and usually lasted about 10 seconds for me (Unless it's an EMP grenade).
The Dragonfly killstreak seems OP'd considering what it can do. If it can die easy, then I am okay with it.
The same running animation from MW3....noooooo. (Old one was better IMO)
NEW: May have ways out of map, either it's a killstreak or it is a method of keeping people in the map like Battlefield. There is a "disguised" seagull machine that comes in and bombs you predator missle style, this may be used to keep people from leaving the map too far like in Halo: Reach or Battlefield or in some cases Halo 3.
telling from the trailer Blops 2 will need serious balancing.
