Giving Treyarch the budget to get their own 3d modelers would cut (very slightly) into actishit's profits, so that might be the reason why Reznov is Zakhaev with hair too.

I suspected, but then i sorta said to my self 'nah that cant be right, remember the plot from MW2?...What plot?...Exactly' and dismissed it.

As a while i can say that i did enjoy the plot and story of Black Ops more than MW2 and i taught that they did a good job.

You got to give them credit it was very well implemented, I thought nothing of him popping up at random moments to save me. I liked those QTEs like open the helicopter door and moving that ammo box, to think that the thought of resnov gave him the strength to perform these acts.

The one thing I don't get is when he melees that VC up high in the rat tunnel I don't see how that couldve happened without him

Well, if you look at it, the VC tries to pull the same neck stab strike that was used on Swift. Since Mason saw Swift die, Mason knew how to counter it. I believe it's like when Stiener is killed. If you pay attention, the camera actually moves once Reznov starts talking, indicating that you are no longer in Mason's perspective. I'm not sure if it does that in the rat tunnel, but it's the same deal.

I didn't see it coming, although I did notice that people were behaving oddly around Reznov. Not acknowledging him and such. I did know that, as soon as Reznov showed up and Dimitri wasn't there, that Dimitiri was dead. Just wasn't sure how.
