Hey guys,
So I bought Black Ops today. Now I wanted to try the Multiplayer when I noticed that there doesnt even a single server show up. Nothing. I checked the filter but thats not the reason.
While searching, the bar that shows how many servers you've already found says 0, but up too 900 in brackets. Now I've waited for half a damn hour and I dunno what to do.

I really hope you Escapists could help me!

EDIT:
Yes it's the PC version and I installed it per game CD, not download.

Check your modem settings. If it only allows, say, 512 simultaneous connections you could be flooding it. Try upping it to 1024 connections or more. That solved my server trouble in TF2 where servers didn't show up. Never had any problems since. If you don't know what I'm talking about either ask your ISP if they can do it for you or study up via google or portforward.com [http://portforward.com/] before you change anything.

portforward.com [http://portforward.com/] has a lot of general modem info about port forwarding and how to navigate the menus but nothing about changing simultaneous connections in particular. It's just a good source of info about your modem and how to get inside it. None of this is hacking and should be legal in your country. If in doubt ask your ISP.
