As I can see I am not the only one that can do that....I, to, am typing with my eyes shut right now and I have a feeling I am doing very well. This is what I get for typing way to much >.<. Oh well I guess it comes in handy while writing reports or essays, or stuff like that. You don't constantly have to be looking at the keyboard. <------Was typed with my eyes closed.Combined said:Sir, I would just like to say, that blind typing is a very interesting phenomenon amongst the people of this world. And for some reason, I can do it very well. Actually, I'm blind typing right now. No looking and everything. My fingers are moving quickly over the keys, but I still do not look. I think I may have memorised my keyboard layout. <--- That was typed with my eyes closed.
I love how you made no mistakes while blind typing, but accidentally misspelled blind when you were looking. I'm not making fun of you, I just found it amusing.DommyBoy said:Blind writing aint hard once you have spend a lot of time staring at the screen of a computer and learned to maximise your effectiveness by not looking at the keyboard.
(This was written blidn btw)
I agree, seeing all the words on the keyboard seems to jumble my mental process. Looking at what I'm typing (for instance, if I'm typing what I'm reading from a piece of paper) is the easiest.Dommyboy said:Blind typing is simple. In fact I just realized the only time I ever look at the keyboard is in games and that just now is the only time I looked at the keyboard to type and it's harder looking at it.
