I'm a huge WoW fan, but everybody thinks that just because of a ton of wow subscribers that they are making a ton of money, which isn't exactly true. Blizzard wants you to believe they make a ton of money, because it just gives them more power. In fact at one point, WoW was losing money. If you break down the amount of money on development, WoW has a huge development team, the amount of support personnel for the game which is growing all the time, and the costs to actually run the game around the world vs the actual subscriptions, while in the US and Europe which make up only about 25-35% of the player base pay a flat monthly fee. Most of the rest of the world is on a pay as you go subscription plan.

Yay. Dtoid was the source!

Anyway, I think it's more more of a codename at this point. Anything could happen, and anything could change.
I personally think it's a codename for the new Starcraft MMO.
Allz I know is it's not a whole more interesting than World of Warcraft... I shan't be buying it.

Yeah with the current awaited releases of old republic and dark millennium i suspect "titan" is a code name for starcraft on-line wasn't titan a level in one of the starcraft games? (memory like a sieve)

Wasn't starcraft originally supposed to be a 40k RTS but there was some kind of fall out between blizzard and GW at the last minute? (read that somewhere)

Colour me very interested. If they can make new landscapes, new setting with the polish, enjoyment and pleasure of WoW in a completely different universe, then, in my strange mood, I will buy the hell out of it.

Somehow.

Calumon: But I like having you around! : (

Ah speaking to one's self amazing!

I don't play MMO's so this to me, this isn't very interesting.
