Wouldn't it suck if he did get the Dev Kit but the game ended up sucking? 5 years working on this game and 100 days trapped in a room only to be known as the guy who made that shitty RPG, how tragic.

Knowing Nintendo, they'd probably be watching him and laughing while they are eating kittens. Really, I highly doubt this will work. Maybe he should try to port his game to the PC and release it online himself.
