Body Builders re: Biceps
Is it harmful to work out the bicep from numerous angles in the same workout? They are my weakest feature and I'm thinking I'm doing it wrong. I either do easy bar, or preachers, or dumb bells, but not all 3 in the same day.
Should I be?
EDIT: Also, I do things like lat pull downs and rows, which also do bicep, after curls. Should they be before? Does that matter?
Any advice is appreciated.
