Changing parts of your bone structure and replacing your eyes is fine, but getting a few tiny bits of metal through your skin is fuckin' crazy?

Really, really not my thing. I have no problem with earrings or some of the smaller nose piercings, but everything else gives me a little empathetic twinge of pain, and looks odd (IMO, anyway).
Tattoos don't bother me at all, oddly. Although if I were ever to get one it would be small and out of the way...

Personally, it's not my kind of thing. It would just be too weird for me to have a part of my body altered like that. To be honest with you, even earings kind of give me the heebie-jeebies. That being said, I have no problem with people doing whatever they want to their own body. The way I see it is that your body is yours to do with as you wish.

Got no piercings or tattoos myself, however I have been considering for a long time to get a tattoo of a cobra on my left arm. From the shoulder down to the back of my hand. It's always just in the back of my head, never gone to get it done. Probably never will.

No. It's my fucking body, I'm keeping it as natural and healthy as possible. And that does not involve shoving bits of metal into it or implanting ink under my skin. If anyone else wants to do that to themselves, fine, but definitely not for me.

I think they're pretty stupid. One day my sister came home with a navel piercing and she showed it tome me and said "Hey Nic! Look at my cool piercing!" And I just respond with "Well done, you shoved a bit of metal inside yourself." And that's how I feel about that sort of thing.

I think body modification is kind of gross, and any piercings beyond earrings are usually too much for me. Even wearing too much makeup is a turn-off.I guess I prefer people who are attractive without needing extra help.

I am against most body modifications, but nothing, and I mean NOTHING, trumps a beautiful, meaningful tattoo.

I have no tats or piercings myself and I don't plan on ever getting them.

I have 3 tattoos.. one on my shoulder, one on the center of my upper back and one on my lower back...
also i have 2 12g earrings in each ear
i have zero issues with people who get mods.

I dont like lip or Nose piercings on anyone but im alright with tongue and ear and the eyebrow(to a degree 20 on both is to much) and i like tattoos especially when they mean something, i personally would like a couple of tattoos but i my "concious" says no and my parents would beat me if i did.

I haven't had anything done myself, I don't really care about body aesthetics(of myself. As for other people I think some things are pretty cool, I like tattoos that are actually original and I think some piercings look pretty good on some people(girls with snakebites for example).
