I would have to go with the Space Marines (or Adeptus Astartes if you want to be fussy) from Dawn of War, think about it: Militant monks in space with 8 inch thick armor and explosive machine guns who are fanatically loyal...if anything gets through that, then I'd willingly lay down and die on the spot.

I'd have to be more specific, and go for Space Wolves.. not the biggest chapter, but they have pet wolves. which is kinda awesome.
