Haze... IMO it didn't turn out to be crappy, but it wasn't the Halo killer everyone made it out to be, that's for sure.
And Far Cry 2. That really was just absolute crap.

Unfair however, Spore wasn't bad, it just didn't redefine gaming or start world peace. The hype actually damaged people's opinions about the game, if the hype wasn't so insane, maybe people could have seen the game for what it was, not what it was supposed to be.

Oblivion was not a testament to how great games can be.
It was a testament to how much you can say a game is good to someone before they begin to believe it.

I actually didn't like Oblivion, I got bored pretty fast. Same thing with Crackdown, I don't think I enjoy open world games very much.
