3 kegs of cheap beer. Then mix up some trashcan punch. Ingrediants: Everclear, add koolaid to taste. 5 bottles of tequila, how the hell else are you going to do body shots without Tequila? Don't forget the limes, salt.
That should make any party for 40-80 ppl rock.

Make all the drinks Final Fantasy related. Before you knock it, know that this got my friends so drunk they got in trouble (and they never get in trouble for drinking. They hide it well)during holloween.
I just played Demon's Souls that weekend, which could also lead to some pretty interesting drinks... and alcohol poisoning.

rum + coke (+ lemon juice)
Absinthe mixed with a lot of concentrated citrus fruit juice is awesome as well.
What you're drinking isn't that important, just make sure to play some drinking games, as it'll get everything rolling fast.
