Apparently borderlands 2 first big DLC is coming soon.

Pirates, hover craft, a new town called Oasis? Sign, me, up.

What do yall think about the premise?

Its so soon after the Gaige DLC, I am excited.

Given Gearbox's track record for DLC, I'm damn excited about this. Hopefully it'll be more like Zombie Island and less like Moxxi's in terms of quality.

Zombie Island had the most interesting location

Moxxies was the overall worst IMO

Although I HATED the environment of General Knoxx

I'd like to hit whoever decided the DLC areas didn't need fast-travel stations. Half my time in Knoxx was spent driving back and forth and getting my ass kicked by the ridiculously overpowered Lance troops. Don't even get me started on Drifters...but I digress. This new one looks pretty interesting, hopefully they open up the loot drops a bit.

God...I forgot about that BS with Knoxx. Still, it was silly enough to be entertaining.

Been through the files, and I can say that the pirate DLC is probably going to be amazing. It also adds a new rarity type, Seraph. Each character also gets a new head, with Salvador's being the most awesome. It's a skull with a pirate hat. (Well, can't say that for 100% certain. Gaige's hasn't been given a mesh yet, so what that one looks like is up in the air.)
