OK so we know that the claptrap revolution will happen soon but I have a theory from the stuff about it I found out.
first of the claptraps where made by hyperion (you can see this when entering the ridgway because there is a sign with hyperion written on it and a picture of a claptrap with the words 'hyperion makes your life. period') from what people know these claptraps where made to stop you finding the vault but the satellite with the angle also was made by hyperion (it is written on the satellite) so why would they help you when they don't want you to find the vault. I think they helped you to find a alien prison, I came to the conclusion it was a prison because a. it had the destroyer in it and b. it explains why so many aliens where guarding it. You thinking you have found the vault did four things.
1. you will stop searching for it
2. the atlas corporation will stop searching for it
3. there are only for people that have the abilities of the siren one worked for the atlas corporation now she is dead.
4. they know where what I think is an alien master key
this means there competition is weakened they can take there time in finding the vault and they know where the key is when they find the vault.
