When I logged back in to my level 9 game, I received another message about customer loyalty rewards. The blue-rarity Jakobs pistol I received at the start of the game was given a duplicate - level 9. Sweetness.

The duplication tricks on PC from the first two games still work, so you can have infinite moonstone, infinite of items you have found, and infinite golden keys if you so choose.

Then again, the only solution is to auto-save if you look at your inventory, and that would be a giant pain in the ass, so I'm glad Gearbox never fixed that.

The only real bugs that I encounter so far is one of the early Janey Springs quests, you can't handle the item to her which is easily solved by logging out and then back in (it wasn't the Torgue or the storybook quests).

EDIT- In Stanton's Liver, a Tork fly was under the map during Swagman fight against the Tork Queen!

This one requires the PC version and is more of an exploit than a bug, but there ya go:

Start the game with your main character, ideally the one you've levelled up the most. Then, Alt-Tab back to the desktop and dig inside Borderlands: TPS' folder to start the game a second time, from its executable. For better performance, dial back all of the visual bells and whistles as well as the screen resolution on that second game. Then, open the first game to LAN players and allow the second one to connect to this nonexistent network.

Once that's done, just minimize the second game's window and go back to your main character. Play as you normally would - but park one of the characters you'd like to power-level near the entrance of the zone you're in. This has the nice side-effect of cranking up the difficulty, loot levels and earned cash, so your main character also benefits from it.

Went through a door made for vehicles(in the early serenity area) on a buggy and was sent to the entrance to Deadlift's place without the buggy and Deadlift revived for some reason despite killing him an our ago during the same playthrough.

You can get infinite moonstones on PS3 if you have previous games installed.

Start a New Game, but cancel at the character creation step. Load pre-existing character. Press Continue.

With B1 & B2 installed its 30 moon stones a pop.

Expect it to be patched soon.

When fighting Redbelly, the flying midget raiders never stopped spawning. All of them had an elevated chance of dropping moonstone because boss fight. I got about 90 in this fashion, although what with Moxxtails and grinding and chests and upgrades that's really not much.

Also the devs/map designers made a rookie Unreal Engine mistake of building some rather fine shapes/tight interiors/funny intersections entirely with BSP so there are some places you can get stuck- I've never had to reload from it, but I've lost a few cars. I suspect now that I have a flying motorcycle that will stop mattering.

I have this bug, but someone on my friend's list didn't get it and so he could finish the game. I was kinda pissed.

Works on the PC too.

On true vault hunter mode, the side mission " To the moon" is impossible to complete due to the extremely low health of the targeting beacon you are meant to be protecting, as it gets destroyed in 3 shots from any enemy.

There is a infinite Money and Moonstone glitch. If you have borderlands 1 and 2. When you start a new Charcter you get 30 moonstone and 2 guns. Now if you start a new game but exit as soon as the character screen comes up, then select character and hit continue. You will get the 30 moonstones and two guns yo your current character. Sell the guns and get cash. Also you get guns on level if you need that.

This video gives a better explanation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wU1do_oF3pw&index=19&list=UU1lXzO1Ss_1w5hS3YwSxLyQ

Not 100% sure if it's a bug, but I'm assuming it's an unexpected side effect of how the hover vehicle's hover works (I forgot what it's called).

This is how you can jump really high with your hover bike. Like, jumping up on cliffs and getting past vehicle barriers-high.

1) While standing still in the vehicle, jump upwards as high as possible
2) Butt-slam down
3) When you vehicle is on the way up again, recovering to normal hover height, say 0.2-0.7 seconds after the actual slam, use jump again.

If you time this right you'll notice that you go a lot higher. I think it's something about the jump force and the "hover" force that intermingle and amplify eachother.

It's sickass and not that gamebreaking, it just lets you get around a lot easier and actually makes it a lot more fun to just drive around and do trick jumps & shit.

I'd still call it a physics bug though.

I am not sure if I'm missing something, but isn't 0.16 better than 0.09? Shouldn't the arrows be opposite?

They're just reflecting the shockingly poor quality of public schools in the Borderlands universe. Athena is horrible at math, SHE HONESTLY CAN'T TELL. Think of the children.

I've noticed that kraggons tend to get stuck on each other a lot. They just freeze, clipped inside each other, until I kill one and release the other.

And I had one quest that was a pain because it took several minutes to update the objective after I completed it. I was just running around an empty area wondering what the hell I was waiting for.

Other than that, it seems solid. I've only played a few hours so far, so maybe the glitches pile up after a while.

Side note: has anyone noticed that the vehicle jumps are much trickier than in previous games? I've died only twice to enemy fire, and five or six times when my moon buggy just didn't get enough air boosting over a lava pit. These death jumps used to be easy, but now you have to get it just right, or die a fiery death. It's annoying.

So far, all I've had is the always-respawning midgets after Redbelly (which was @#$@# annoying when I was trying to find the exit to the next part of the level and loot stuff), and also some parts of some buildings not loading with the rest of it until you move around. Getting used to the fighting having a vertical dimension is taking a while, but then again, I just finished playing Far Cry 3, so I guess I need to remember to shift gears. :)

But so far, good stuff. :)

Vanwiziwimp: Yeah, I've had that buggy problem myself. Just once so far, but it was so annoying that I just went through to the next area and found the fast travel station and went backwards, rather than try one jump for the 50th time. :/

Well, I found another bug - I was playing last night, got into Fight for Your Life, killed a guy...and didn't get revived. Very annoying at the time. Also, there've been some clipping issues. Other than that, pretty much bug-free.

(I prefer BL2, though.)
