Borderlands Title Update

So the new DLC came out today but does anyone know if the title update for expanding the level cap to 69 hit today as well? My game did update when i put it in but i also haven't played it in a while so i don't know whether that one was very current or not.

All of this is on xbox, by the way...

The patch will apparently be released around the launch of Borderlands' DLC-packed Game of the Year edition, which is scheduled for October 12.

lame. why would they do this? obviously I want to play thru the new DLC but i'd like to feel like I'm progressing in levels as I'm doing it. Guess i'll wait for that title update to play thru it then =(
