Borderlands - Which DLC is better?

I have 1000 microsoft points to spend; so i'm going to buy ONE of the DLC's for borderlands. Trouble is, i don't know which one to buy.

Which one is better for value?

Arena if you are capped and play lots o' mp, Dr. Ned if you play more single player.

I thought the only DLC so far was Dr. Ned zombie island, with the upcoming next the Mad Moxxie underdome riot thing

Well, I don't have Moxxi's yet, due to the fact that I am a PS3 owner, but I really enjoyed Dr. Ned, which I've played through twice, and it is a lot of fun.

Also the best things from Dr .Ned was the intro and ending vids with Marcus
