Says "You're not allowed to use the bird because its OP" when we're not even dueling.

Any character can become OP, berserker with all the points into berserk can become nearly unkillable. Tell your friend to stop complaining and just enjoy the bloody game.

But then he stops playing <.<

Tie him up and gag him, glue his hands to the controller, show him you mean business!! ...Then ...put a frilly hat on him to show to balance out the anger, I mean it makes sense to me.

I couldn't get used to the Hunter class for some reason so I started again as the Siren. When things get tricky, just Phasewalk out of there. Hooray for chickening out. Also I have yet to try the multiplayer component as only 1 of my XBL friends has it and he has stopped playing it now he has every achievement. If anyone wants a game, I'll be more than happy to join.

Im going to beat him unconcious with a christmas tree.
Then im going to tape him to the computer and make it so he cant look away from the screen
Then behind him ill have a hot girl stripping and ill tell him that when he finally stops whining and enjoys the game he kan look back for 5 minutes.

my advice: play as Hunter (Mordecai), spec your char for maximum bloodwing damage, use mostly SMGs and Machine Guns/Combat Rifles, use snipers when practical, also...when weighing the advantages of certain shields versus others, I've always found that a shield that has some kind of health regeneration (preferably "very fast") but a little lower overall capacity than others is more valuable than a "high capacity" shield, but I suppose that could vary with your playstyle...

there are 4 unique chests in New Haven, (two are pretty hard to get to, but they contain primo stuff, especially on 2nd playthrough.)

Always have a good backup weapon handy. And try to stick to 1 or 2 types of weapons, so you can be more proficient with them quicker.

I'm currently set up with lillith using four different SMGs... playing only single so its nothing too special but lots of gear - a lightning SMG, an acid SMG, an SMG that shoots two bullets at once really accurately, and a smg that shoots four at once with no accuracy. working pretty well for me, though i've just got to where the crimson lance are introduced and i have got bored of it.

though i haven't tried it, i reckon i have the best pvp combo - lightning SMG til their shield is dead, then switch to my smg that shoots four bullets, immediately hit phasewalk, phasewalk strike out of it at their head then pound them down with that same SMG... though yeah not got a gamespy so not tried it.

I've been underutilising my Bloodwing, that's one of reasons i've been doing so bad. . .now he's clocking up nearly half my kills. . .from a distance, which is what a sniper needs.

Still haven't tried using him in enclosed spaces, i'm guessing there's no difference.

Here's a tip...Use a Siren, and play in a group.

And fully upgrade her phasewalk healing and reduce its cool down time. It'll be a life saver

I'd play with you if the Borderlands multiplayer interface wasn't unbearable on PC.
