Bored and sick, help me out

I'm not feeling well and I'm really bored. I've had the flu for nearly a week now and I've been so bored that I've realised that now that the newspaper makes me depressed as hell, the only things left that I enjoy are writing (which I can't really do much of because I am sick) reading (which is fun but only before I start feeling weak again) - sleeping (I have insomnia) - Youtube (I'm running out of videos I can consciously watch, big problem) and anime shows I haven't watched yet - which is kind of depressing because I keep being reminded of the brutality of the reality that I haven't had a girlfriend - EVER.

I'm also worried that I'm running out of ideas for my Photomedia course assignments - coming up with a new concept every three weeks is annoying since there are only so many times I can use my anime figures in internet related artworks.

Please help, before I do something drastic. Like eat a whole packet of Scotch Fingers out of sheer tedium.

Sadly, yes. Um, let's see...I should contribute something...Um, I've got nothing. Oh wait, watch Goremocker's avatar...that's got me entertained. And left, and right, and left.

That's all well and good but what if I'm at the point where I'm too weary to work the computer?

That was implied in the part where I said I couldn't write much because I was sick. I should probably go to bed early tonight. My sleep patterns are more dire than that of Dread Cthulhu himself...

Actually, I'm sorry. That's kinda like reccomending heroin.
And on that note, I recommend heroin.

Seriously though, browse through some webcomics. I'd advise towards Dead Winter and Nerf Now!

If not, spend some time finding obscure music you like.
I suck at finding obscure music... it's so damned... obscure! Obscure book finding is natural to me, but I just can't deal with finding obscure music! It's nigh impossible!

Find a copy of photoshop and then edit a picture of Cthulu's head onto Meagan Fox's body.

Actually, get photoshop and try out all the fun tutorials they have on the internet. Last time I was asked to do this, I made a photo of my boyfriend riding a dragon, standing on an asteroid, in space. It was photorealistic and rather cool.

TV Tropes and Cracked.com

I can waste days flicking around there. Honest-to-God days, just gone. And this is why I'll never get a promotion...

Cthulu? Ugh...Listen to music!Lately I've been addicted to anything made by Renard, but just looking for good music in this pile of garbage we call modern music is a reward in itself.Webcomics are a good idea too, lately I've gotten into TwoKinds.

Thatguywiththeglasses dot com is full of great vids. Also, I like to go to Justin dot tv when I'm bored. There's tons of good TV shows in the entertainment section that play episode after episode automatically, like 2 and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, South Park, the Office and even some new movies too...

Other than that? I dunno. Sum vidyuh games?

I believe you forgot our resident webcomic, Stolen Pixels.

My recommendations:
1. Watch some movies.
2. TvTropes (That place has absorbed about 10-12 hours of my life, and still counting)
3.

My third option.

Failing all that, ChatRoulette and Omegle's always an option, but that is ONLY A LAST RESORT!!!!!!

Omegle is quite good. I actually started chatting to someone on there, he added me on Facebook and we're really good friends now.
Webcomics, magazines, TV. Try a little bit of art or writing.
