It's a key element to nearly every game and I'm suprised that either I was unable to find a thread with this specific subject in mind or its really well hidden. so without further ado,
The Original Seven Force Battle from Gunstar Heroes. I play still play this game just for that battle.

Personally I'm not a fan of giant bosses, I find that duel type fights with small bosses are much more fun.

Most bosses these days just irritate me, but I did love the battles against the scarab tanks in Halo 3, very epic indeed.

Wolverine in Ultimate Spider-Man. It's a fun fight, 'cause you get to play as Venom, and if you try to "eat" Wolverine, he'll just claw his way out of you. Good times.

Yeah, WoW has some pretty amazing bosses.
Other than that, Devil May Cry 4 has pretty (fucking) amazing bosses, bossfights and pre-bossfight (?) cutscenes.

one of my all time fav bosses is the 3 stages of Majora's Mask. a lot of the Zelda bosses are geat, Barinade, Twinrova, that huge skeleton thing in TP, such good fun.

The giant blue scorpion in FF7 or Prussia if they have become too powerful in Imperialism (I challange anyone to play that game allow a powerful Prussia then try to invade Berlin and say it isn't a boss fight).

Is they absolutley have to be huge then the colossi, if not it`s something like the swordmaster boss fight in afro smaurai and pretty much any other boss in any other game who doesn`t instantly combo-rape you.
