Botan Rice Candies?

When I was little, one of my favorite things was getting a colorful little box of Botan rice candies. They were tasty, starchy sweets that came with zany stickers inside.

Who else had these fun treats as a kid or has found out about them more recently? My local chain grocery stocks them now and we don't have a notable Asian population, so from what I understand, they're pretty readily available.
Or perhaps you have your own obscure childhood confection to share?

I remember those. That was the first Japanese candy I ever had.
I still get them from time to time; it's been a while since I've had any though.
