I'll try to mention some that may not have been already:
Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon. This game is just different. Technically flawed a bit, but it's so beautiful in its story and aesthetics that it's really easy to ignore that. Has a somewhat depressing, survival-horror feel.
Sin and Punishment: Star Successor: Next to House of the Dead Overkill, the best rail shooter I've ever played. Oh yeah, and House of the Dead is totally worth it too.
Arc Rise Fantasia is totally solid if you're into JRPGs and Xenoblade is $150 or something crazy.
Muramasa: The Demon Blade: The exact game that we hoped we would be playing these days back when all we had was the SNES. Beautiful in every way.
I'm going to assume you've heard No More Heroes, but I have to throw it out there anyway. I've heard good things about Pandora's Tower, but we don't have it here in the US yet. Looking over it all, the Wii had an alright library after all...
