Back in high school I used to watch my Cowboy Bebop boxset over and over again. Frickin' LOVED that show.
On an interesting side-note, when I bought my Cowboy Bebop "boxset", it wasn't actually a boxset. I did the math and found out that it was actually cheaper for me to buy each individual DVD to the point that I'd essentially be paying $10 just for the actual box of the boxset. So I walked up to the counter with a handful of DVD's, the guy said "You know we've got the boxset of those, right?" to which I simply explained to him I didn't feel like paying an extra $10 for some carboard.
I have several box sets. I have every one of the digitally remastered Dragon Ball/Z/GT Seasons and the Stargate SG-1 complete series box set. However, sitting down and watching them is another matter altogether. It doesn't help that when I originally watched the three Dragon Ball series' I watched them on a Canadian Network that clearly got a different dub then the one done by FUNimation and the differences are glaringly and sometimes painful.
Star Wars (yes, even the prequels. shut up.)
Stargate SG1
Avatar: The Last Airbender (it's on netflix. go watch it now)
Firefly & Serenity
Seinfeld
Dexter (all the seasons so far)
Arrested Development
South Park
i own all of them in someway except Avatar, which is on instant stream.
Avatar the Last Airbender
Yu Yu Hakusho
Dexter (all of the seasons available)
The Sopranos
Babylon 5 is the only series I own that always makes me feel as excited as I was the first time I saw it.
