Okay, here´s the deal:

I use a MacBook to navigate the interwebs and if I want to, say, embed a "spoilers!" thingy or something like that, I have to make use of what is known as brackets. The problem is that in his infinite wisdom St. Jobs has decidied that brackets has no place on his laptops!
Or if he has I can´t bloody find them...

Any help?

I'm on a Macbook too, they're next to the P key on mine.

Maybe you have some special keyboard on yours designed specifically to be frustrating :(

I think you can use the less than and greater than signs if you don't have the square brackets:

Edit: When I press post, the turn into square brackets you see.

Also, brackets is fine I guess, but parenthesis is a much more fun word!

You could always quote someone, then copy-paste the brackets from the quoted text XD

Though might work...

I'm a believer in ASCII codes. Anyone else? They work everywhere, everytime, for all characters. Alt+0091 and Alt-0093!

Ok, i see your problem is solved. But if you ever happen to run across a different keyboard (even if its in chinese),this site enables you to use a virtual keyboard in any language.

Hope it helps.
