What, this isn't that important. I've got a few anti-lasers lying around in my garage that I made years ago. You see it is hard to patent something when you are a wanted criminal.

My sentiments exactly. I ever used the Moonraker, though; I much rather would have had my RCP-90 or my AR-33 Assault Rifle or some Proxys.
