I got a 15" Macbook pro on November 27th for work and school. On December 26th I took it into the shop because the trackpad seized up and wouldn't respond. I was disappointed because my computer wasn't even a month old yet! However I do need to applaud Macs tech support, they are wonderful.
In light of this situation I am curious if anyone else has a story of something like this happen to a brand new piece of technology (computer, console, phone etc) that failed soon after purchase?
