Name: Rubi Malone
Age: I'm guessing 24.
Univers of Origin: WET
Personality: Rockstarish. She isn't very serious at all. A total chatterbox and something of a drunk. She swears like fish drink water, and just enjoys the thrill of the kill.
Skills: She's an excellent marksman with revolvers, crossbows, shotguns, and more. She also fights with her katana and is excellent at platforming. She is also an excellent drinker; so much that a few swigs of whisky will dull the pain of a gunshot for her.
Final Smash: Drunken Smash. She downs an entire bottle of Smirnoff and goes wild with a pair of submachineguns.
Bio: Not much is known about Rubi. She walks in, shoots, doesn't ask questions. She went on a roaring rampage of revenge here and there, but doesn't do much else. (Seriously, I haven't played WET.)
Weapons: Dual pistols/crossbows/SMGs/shotguns. Also she fights with a sword. Her looks also count as a weapon.
Other: Any quote of hers can be summed up as: " @#!*% [Noun]!"

During his Reign, An attempt on his Life took place, 3 Eliete assassins attacked him with Energy Swords. He killed all three of them with out being Scratched... He found the Person who planned the Attack and killed him...
Later inlife he Rose to Supreme Commander of The Covenants Navy. Duri ng on failed mission, he Killed his Own friend, who made and Attack at the Phrophets Truth and Regret. The Prophets allowed Thel' To live for his act of saving them. But he wa sBranded with the Mark ofShame, and was given the Arbiter Armor and rank. Later, he broke away from the phrophets, and allied with the Humans. He worked along side John-117
